The international community has agreed on the aim of avoiding dangerous interference with the climate system. Determining what level of interference is dangerous raises some difficult issues within moral philosophy – specifically within the theory of value. Climate change will kill many people and it will alter the world's future population - how should we judge the value of these consequences?
The seminar takes place at the Institute for Futures Studies, Holländargatan 13 in Stockholm. Closest subway station is Hötorget. No registration is needed.
