Frederik Rosen from the Centre for Advanced Studies at the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters, talks about the gap between the growing international discourse on the topic of cultural property and the initiatives we see at international and national levels. Cultural property seems very important, but few things are done to actually protect them, why is that? This presentation is part of the workshop "Cultural heritage, law and war" that was held at the Institute for Futures Studies in September 2018.
